Hi, I’m Danielle. I build meaningful connections between people and technology.

My background comes from two very different worlds - fine arts and marketing. My experience in fine arts and design has taught me aesthetics, while marketing has taught me to understand people and their motivations. Combined, these two passions have shaped my career and lead to a deep understanding of user needs and appreciation for the ‘why’.

Currently, I bring my expertise to the Veterans Affairs (VA) as a researcher and designer, dedicated to enhancing the user experience for Veterans and their families. With VA, I focus on understanding the unique needs of this community, conducting in-depth user research, and designing solutions to help VA product owners address their specific challenges.

My work is driven by a commitment to making services more accessible and effective, ensuring that Veterans receive the support they deserve through seamless and empathetic digital interactions.
